Hi my name is Michael,

I’m 23 years old, and I’ve been drawing for as long as I could hold a pencil. Always doodling in school, I designed the 3rd and 4th grade class t-shirts, won ‘most artistic’ in sixth grade, and used to sell sketches and draw other students’ projects in the early years of elementary. My mother and grandfather were both exceptional oil painters. It is to them which I owe all my creative abilities, as I’ve never studied art or taken any classes of the sort.

My work is typically based off of things I’ve found in nature, heavily influenced by botanicals, the ocean, and the geometries of the natural world. Throughout the last 6 years, I’ve been specializing in original freehand work, hand-drawing the design directly on the skin. Solidifying my own illustrative style. Aside from tattooing, I also make custom canvases, clothes, and functional artwork. I am eternally grateful for the craft of tattooing and where it has taken me. Meeting such a wide variety of people is truly a blessing. I am learning something new about the skin, about my client, and about myself with each passing session.

The guest’s comfort and satisfaction is my highest priority. Being an everyday part of work, some artists tend to forget about the client’s experience and how powerful the session is to them, however I treat each and every appointment with genuine care and a fresh mindset.
